Return Certain Data Based On a Specific Number Needed

Hello, I work in Call Center QA, and I need a formula to return a call incident number for our CSRs based on the number of scores needed to meet our SLA. For instance, if a CSR has taken 100 calls, we have to monitor 10 of those calls (10%).

Please review attached spreadsheet: I have one sheet (Scorecard Tracker tab) set up to show how many calls each individual CSR has taken, how much we have scored, and how many scores are needed to have them at 10%. I have another sheet with the CSRs' names and all their call incident numbers (Raw Data tab). But I need a formula to randomly pull call incident numbers for each CSR from the Raw Data Tab based on the scores needed in either the Scorecard Tracker Tab. I would like this data to be populated in the Assignments Tab.

Please help! Hoping to have this set up for May.

    Hi
I suppose you need a little VBA. See the code
Code in Sheet Assignments - This code run when you press the hyperlink in G2 of that sheet

Note:If you change F1 or F2 in sheet 'Scores Needed' you must change the code according. The same occur for G2 in sheet Assignments

See the file Scorecard Tracker Post for Excel Help(1).xlsm for clarification

Hi Jose, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I don't think this solves my problem. I don't think I was clear enough in my question. Say for instance in the "Scorecard Tracker" tab, John needs 3 scores (H3). I need three incident numbers assigned to John in the "Raw Data" tab to randomly populate in A2:B4 of the "Assignments" tab. It will need to do this for all CSRs who have scores needed. Does that make more sense? Thank you so much for your help!
