Search by cell value index-match save problem

    Hi,
I have a search like this:

    =INDEX(INDIRECT("clients["&E12&"]");MATCH($D$3;clients[Client];0))

It works but the problem is that every time I exit the workbook without modifying anything it asks if I want to save the changes. I know this formula is the problem because if I delete it then it wont ask to save the next time and this is the only formula I have which uses the "&E12&" reference.

My question is, is there any other way to reference E12 or a way to make the workbook not asking to save because of this function?

    Thanks
