Multiple Row formula calculation

Hello,

Can you please help figure it out:

I have two row's, with values. what I want to do is to have a cell wher I insert a value(number) and for that value, it as a correspondent row to multiplie for another row.

example:

column D has (10 to 19 ; 20 to 29 ; 30 to 39 ; 40 to 49 ; 50 to 59) column E (0.1 ; 0.2 ; 0.3 ; 0.4; 0.5).In the selec sell i insert 55, I wnat it to automattically select the range from 50 to 59, and multiply the number 55 for the number 0.5, that is correspondent value for that range.

is it possible?
