Displaying both Value and (Percentage) in same cell?

Where are you getting the values in the ( )?

You can' do that with a formula because, for example, the 32.2% depends in the 38 which would be in the same cell. You can have a value or a formula in a cell, not both.

Edit: Unless, as suggested by #2, the 38 is coming from elsewhere and not typed in directly.

38 is what % of 118.
