    Using Index to populate a table, but only specific columns from the original table

    Hello all,

    I've setup a table which conditionally imports data from another table using INDEX to populate the new table. However on the original table there are columns with data which is not required in the second table, but I cannot figure out how to get it so it ignores the superflous columns.

    The formula I'm currently using is:

    {=IFERROR(INDEX(tbl,SMALL(IF((INDEX(tbl,,3,1)=FALSE),ROW(tbl)-MIN(ROW(tbl))+1,""),ROWS(A$16:$A16)),,1),"")}

    Many thanks for looking. My Google/Excel-fu is not strong enough for this problem

    maybe with a pivot table.

    you post a excel 2003 version and add in your profile you use 2013.
    Notice my main language is not English.
