Formula for Custom Sort

I have a custom sort on two fields. Can it be done with a formula not VBA? The rows vary at different times.

Many members are unable to see images in the *.png format due to forum compatibility issues with some browsers.

If you need to post an image post it in the *.jpg format.

I would love to do the sort with a formula to save a few key strokes. When you work with Excel all day long keystrokes becomes a nightmare.
