Many members are unable to see images in the *.png format due to forum compatibility issues with some browsers.
If you need to post an image post it in the *.jpg format.

I would love to do the sort with a formula to save a few key strokes. When you work with Excel all day long keystrokes becomes a nightmare.
Your screencap doesn't show us what you want to sort or how you want to sort it.
I want to sort two columns with headers named ACTION and PAYGROUP.
