Index / Match Formula no working

[TMC2016]

I've uploaded a file in which on the first tab on the ast column I am trying to bring over a comment from the second tab of the file. I am trying to use an Index/Match to utilize two search criteria as each of the search criteria could be the same.

Maybe someone can have a look and tell me, why the formula is not working???? I would appreciate it.

Try to use (CSE formula)

=INDEX(COMMENTS!$D$2:$D$1039,MATCH(1,(COMMENTS!$B$2:$B$1039=CombinedInventory_20160518_0949!B2)*(COMMENTS!$C$2:$C$1039=CombinedInventory_20160518_0949!AA2),0))

I suspect you'll obtain a better solution that this but the attached achieves what you need with the use of a helper column.
