CountIfs any value in a column starts with the value in another column

Hello,

I have the following formula:

Formula:

=COUNTIFS('Renewal Chart'!$L:$L,"",'Renewal Chart'!$B:$B,$B20,'Renewal Chart'!$I:$I,EOMONTH(H$17,0))

I need to change the 'Renewal Chart'!$B:$B,$B20 part to any value that starts with B20

So if B20 if A1 and in column B of Renewal Chart there is a A1 and and A1-DL it will count both.
