    Point allocating

    Hello all,

I'm seeking some help I'm what you call an Excel idiot!

I'm running a Euro 2016 Predictor and I've got the rules below set in place:

10 Point's awarded for predicting the correct score for the both teams.

7 Points awarded for predicting the correct result and the correct score for only 1 of the teams.

5 Points awarded for a correct result, but the wrong score for both teams.

2 Points awarded for the wrong result, but the correct score for 1 of the teams.

I've created a formula which I've put below but the point are not allocating properly.

    Can someone please help me.

    =IF(COUNT('Fixtures & Results'!$G6:'Fixtures & Results'!$H6,'Michael Trenholme'!G6:H6)=4,(2*OR('Fixtures & Results'!$G6='Michael Trenholme'!G6,'Fixtures & Results'!$G6='Michael Trenholme'!H6))+(5*(SIGN('Fixtures & Results'!$G6-'Fixtures & Results'!$H6)=SIGN('Michael Trenholme'!G6-'Michael Trenholme'!H6)))+(3*AND('Fixtures & Results'!$G6='Michael Trenholme'!G6,'Fixtures & Results'!$H6='Michael Trenholme'!H6)),"")

    Thanks in Advance

    Michael

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window (or use the paperclip icon).
If you are satisfied with the solution(s) provided, please mark your thread as Solved.
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.
