Product/stock history generation

Dear All,

I will enter Data by Datewise in different sheets like Purchase entries in Purchases sheet, Sale entries in Sales sheet, and so on ..

Now the required result/data is

if I give input "Particular Item",

It should return all the transactions of that Particular Item by Date-wise with Bill No, Party Name, Qty, Debit or Credit values.

I have attached the screenshots and Excel file.

Please find them for better idea and help me.

I would solve it this way.

See the sheet new and use a filter.

brother, i'm from india, and just posted this thread and checked your 1st reply and left from my office. Now i'm in mobile , so tomorrow from office I will check that filters fulfill my needs or not and will reply you.
