    Question Value displayed based on todays date

    I am trying to display the current value of a credit card based on todays date. The value can obviously change when payments are made but I would like whenever I open my workbook it displays the most up to date info and when I add in payment information it updates.

    I have added an annotated image of what data I want to display and where is is going to be displayed, I have also attached an example workbook just in case that helps.

    Thanks so much for your help as I have spent 6 hrs on this and my patience has gone now :-)

    Change the dates in row to dates (01/01/2016, 01/02/2016) and format "mmm"

    in X2

    =INDEX($B$43:$M$43,,MONTH(TODAY()))

    John, You are a legend! Thank you so much, this has saved me SO much frustration and pain. I know basic formulas but the more complicated versions allude me at present; I am learning slowly.
