Format a formula with text to shoe in Currentcy

Good morning,I have the following formula below where i want to add some text before the formula result, however when it returns it returns as numbers and not currency, i know i need to put in

Try it like this:

="This is a test "&TEXT(INDEX(Targets!$C$40:$DZ$338,MATCH('Working Day'!$F$2+0,Targets!$A$40:$A$338,0),MATCH($B$2,Targets!$C$1:$DZ$1,0)),"_-[$£-809]* #,##0.00")
