It's not working because your dates in column E on the Safety Contacts sheet are stored as text rather than actual date values.

To get around the time and date issue, you can amend your formula to:
Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.

Perhaps you could explain what "didn't work"?
If all you did was amend the formula then it's no great surprise it didn't work as you'd also have to amend the dates from text to date values.
Did you do that bit?
