How to add days and hours

I have a cell with the following in it.
1/6/16 18:00
This is the date and the military time of 6pm. This is the day and time our crew starts work.
I would like to add in the cell below it 4 days and have the time be 06:00 which is their next work schedule. They alternate between days and night shifts, every 4 or 5 days. They are 12 hr shifts starting at either 6 am or 6 pm.

1/6/16 18:00
1/10/16 6:00

I can get the days to add but how would I get it to say 6 am instead of 18:00?

I don't know if this can be done, so however you can help would be great. Thank you.

=INT(A1+4)+"6:00:00"
