Forcast a work that needs 3-5 days

I have a service that my salesmen has to execut it 3 to 5 days after i sell the service i want based the sales they capacity to predict if they can execut it on time.
example:
capacity Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
salesman1 80 90 100 70 80 60

i want to count if this salesman can execute the service between 3-5 days if it has those ammount of services per day with this capability. (the numbers are for the example)
