I am trying to find an easier way to copy this formula by pulling down to the next cell; however I am wanting the date to change to the next date. Is this possible?

I am trying to find an easier way to copy this formula by pulling down to the next cell; however I am wanting the date to change to the next date. Is this possible?
Make the APR-17 a cell reference in its own column then make the formula reference THAT cell instead.

What is the Next Date ?
Is the 17 representing the 17th day of April, or the Year 2017 ?
