    Skip name if already used

Hi, I wrote this in MrExcel forum too, but so far have not got any hits so hoping someone here can help me.

(link to the post there: http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-q...ted-names.html)

Hi, I have included an example spreadsheet for anyone wanting to download and assist, alternatively here is a screenshot.

As I wrote in D16, I need this to basically say Steve Burleigh as he is the next best player not already chosen that can go into position "Right".
I would also need the same formula, or very similar, for C15 (Left person) as again, this could in future be the 4th choice.

Be very much appreciated if someone can help me.
    Please help.
