Ref error

i am using vlookup in excel but the result is coming as ref error

formula usng

vlookup(c16,sheet1range,15,0)

but in column 15 values are coming through a formula =m(13)

a ref error is generally produced when you attempt to access locations that are not covered in the formula. Are you sure about the "15" part of the formula?
