WORKDAY Function to Include Hours

I want to use the WORKDAY function to include the hour in the date. I need to calculate whether or not exactly 72 hours have passed from Date 1 to Date 2, but weekends should be excluded. I can't seem to get the function to give me the date down to the hour, even when I format a custom date for both columns.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try

=NETWORKDAYS.INTL(A1,B1,1)-1+(MOD(B1,1)-MOD(A1,1))

Highlighted 1 excludes weekends

Format cell as [h]:mm

A1 is start date and time
B1 is end date and time

A1 : 29/07/2016 15:00

B1: 03/08/2016 19:00

Result is 76 hours
