Swimming Times, Difference & Chart

Hi

I have been searching but cant just pin point how to work this out, I hope that someone is able to give me a hand

1. I want to input my daughter swim times to start with just one particular stroke - I know to use the custom text as mm:ss.00 - this is the format that I want to use

2. I would like to know the difference between each time as in the difference between A1 and A2 in B2 and difference from A2 to A3 in B3

3. If the difference is negative (as in a faster time) I want it to display a - sign and be green and vise verse if it is positive (slower time) a + sign and be red

4. I would then like to chart it all in a graph vertical axis swim time horzintal axis the date

I really hope that I can get some help on being able to do this, as I think it will be a really great way to show the swim time improvements for her
