Multi worksheet Sumif

I am working on a project to get a power setup documented. Some of the locations have 2 power supplies where one rolls over to the other in the event of a failure. On the summary tab I am looking to sum any current loading in the other sheets that rolls to that panel. Please help with the proper formula for this.

To save members searching, can you give the columns you are working with, where you want the answer, and what that answer/s should look like?

What I am looking to do is on the summary sheet, say for example cell F6, if any worksheets have phase A In colum C and N1 in colum H it would sum them all together. The attached workbook is an sample of a larger workbook that I am trying to accomplish this in.

I am not sure if using some type of structured reference would be a better approach as the workbook contains roughly 35 worksheets that are all the same. I would also like to be able to manipulated the sheet & panel names to work @ other sites in the future.
