Good Afternoon,
I am creating a customer knowledge and communication database and creating a front page that the staff will use to select the customer.
Then all the information on this customer will be pulled through from sheets behind. I have done most of the formulas as either Index, Match or Vlookup as most only have 1 set of data.
I now need to get it to pull all issues from one sheet and all complaints from another. The issue i have is there could be multiple entries for each customer over the years and I need it to pull each one through.
Has anybody got an idea how i could do this. My excel skills are very basic.
