Find Column Letter and Last Row in Data and Add it to Another Forumla

I have a list of data that I have other formulas looking for the column letter and the row number of the last data value. I am then taking the column letter and combining it with the last row number. So example column is E, Row is 88. In another cell I put $ around both of the data points. I then want to take the $E$88 and place it into another formula, but it keeps giving me #REF. Please see the excel attached. Thanks in advance!!!!

Also if you have an easier way to do what I am doing and it doesn't take you long, I am open for recommendations!
