Instead of an image, please attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I need a formula in column G that I can drag down and return the SUM that are only one value above or below any of the number in the raw above.

This solution uses helper columns (H:L)which may be hidden for aesthetic purposes, with the following formula in H3, then dragged across and down:

Column G then sums the helper columns. Note: This solution gives one value that differs from the sample data as in T7 31 is both one more than 30 and one less than 32 in T6.
