Are the contents of this cell the same as any cell above it?

Hi friends, just want to know the formula to find out if an ID number in a cell is equal to the ID number in any cell above it.

To be clear, I cannot remove duplicates or sort by ID number and equal the one above or below. I cannot sort this list at all (there are factors involved that I really don't want to get into) so please, a formula that gives me a True or False for if this cell equals any of the cells above it.
