Create a list of results from a search

Hi

I need to create a spreadsheet which will be used as a record searching tool. In Sheet2 is a list of records of which in column A an 'X' is placed if there is a match from the search cell in Sheet1. (I have this working).

However, I want a list to populate on to Sheet1 of all the records (rows) which have an X by them.

Then, whenever I click on one of these records Account Numbers, I want the account number to appear in Cell C12 of Sheet1.

It's better explained on the attached spreadsheet example

and also a dynamic range name "Data" and two other ranges to identify the output area and criteria.

If you were to use a complete name in I2 (say from a drop down pick list of all names) then you could avoid the formula column A on sheet 1 altogether and just specify the Name as the criteria.

Almost there. I haven't really listed enough records to test well but my list will normally be much bigger and there will be results of more than one (for this example I have typed an 'e' in the search box to reveal 5 results.

Now, I would want to be able to click on one of those records in the results (e.g. JONE01) which will make 'JONE01' appear in Cell C12 on click.
