If we assume, that higher number becomes a final proces, formula in H1 should look like this:
Explanation: If sum in particular row is more than 0 (so there have to be any number), then find propper hedding above the number
(heading row is no. 1 and column is given by MATCH formula). However, as you can see, it is based on the sum, because if there is just one number in a row, the sum always be that number.
In the case, where there are more numbers in a row, i used "1" as a last parameter in MATCH function with means "less than sum".
That means, it finds closest number smaller than sum of all numbers, wich will always be the higher number in the row.
