Hello I have the attached excel worksheet that isn't working properly. Basically if the cell in column "A" is blank it should give me a zero, I should only get a "1" as a result if the cell in column B is less than 31....

okay so if A2 is blank then 0, if B2>31 then 1, what about the rest when A2 is NOT blank and B2 is LESS than 31?

Thank you, I kind of got it on my own but as you can see in some of the columns I get false... any clue as to why?
You are using AND() incorrectly.
