    add number of hour to time in military format

    all time in column b and C in format military
    i would like to add hour from D3 to B2 and put this function in C3
    please kindly find attached file

    Excel can handle military time, just set the right format.

    =TEXT(B2,"00\:00")+TEXT(D3,"00\:00")

    Format cells -> [h]:mm
