If you want to remove the circular reference, take away the formulas in column M. Then you can add your 0.01 increments manually.

I set the program up in solver. I kept all your formulas (with the exception of Column M). I set solver up to compute Cell D7 to be 0.75 based on varying cells M10:M15. To keep your restriction of doing it in 0.01 increments, I put a restraint on these cells to restrict them to integer values. So that made the formula in Column K =1-M10/100.

It took about 30 seconds to run. With solver you get a best solution. There may be other best solutions. Solver stops when it reaches its objective.
