Lightbulb Average of cell values ignoring zeros against a GIVEN value (target value)

    Dear Experts,

First of all wish you all very good day.

I have attached here a chart that shows some production calculations. In this chart, the values in D34, G34, J34 and M34 are divided by a "predetermined" value(a standard against that particular criteria). Then, the average value of all these cells is shown in P34 which again divided by a standard(960). The problem here is; when there are zero values in any of the cells, for example, D34, G34, J34 and M34, the final value in P34 appears wrong as it is taking those zero values in to calculation.

I would much appreciate if you could provide me a "formula" that ignores "zero" cells when the final value in P34 is calculated. However, the standard values that have been used in D34, G34, J34, M34 and P34 should remain same.

    Thank in advance.

Not sure I have interpreted correctly, but try this in P4 and fill down.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Hi FlameRetired,

Thanks for your solution, but this is not what I need, you cannot changes the "standard values" that have been used to divide the figures D34, G34, J34 and M34 or P34. Your have used 960 for all, actually 960 can be used only for P34 cell. Aslo, the final value this formula gives is not correct.

    How about putting
    HTML Code:
in Cell(B36) and copy across to Cell(P36). Enter as Array Formula with CTR+Shift+Enter.
