VLOOKUP, HLookup, lookup problems

Hey guys thanks for the help in the past have another issue as its been a while since I needed some help or even used excel.

So what I am trying to do is calculate prices... Easier said than done so im going to create two versions one that i can use while no customer is around and one for when they're around (keeping my price of purchase hidden).

sheet 1:

1.list price/cataloge price
2.price level(1-5)
3.Vendor (prefer drop down list)

shows customer price

sheet 2:
customer price
my price
lookup functiuon that is needing help

sheet 3:
table with price levels and vendors

Anytime i appreciate the help... One quick question I ran into a snafu on the sheet.

i can work this a couple of ways. so i am using a data connection to a shared file that has the vendors to refresh and make sure all price levels are correct but here lies the problem they have the vendors set up in two columns so i have a set in column a and price levels in c-f and then another set of vendors in h and prices in i-m. so my drop down list no longer will work with that and then im guessing the iferror, index and match will no longer work in that set up or is there way to get the data but get it from 2 columns into 1?

Put an IFERROR around the first INDEX/MATCH, and, for the error action, put a second INDEX/MATCH searching the second table.
