Which formula do I need to seperate in each coloumn?

Hello,

I need a formula to divide A,B,C points with their dispatch status to the yellow table. The table will show only "dispatched" counts for the shipment points.
You can see the images below;

I tought that CountIf or SumIf but my experience is not good to create it.
