Copy cells to another column without spaces

Hey everyone. I am trying to copy cells from column A to column G. I would like to enter the company name under column A and have it automatically fill column G. The only thing is I don't want "Jan", "company", "calls", etc. to be copied over as well. I also want it to fill in without having any spaces in-between rows in column G. I will be adding all months to Dec.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi -

The way you have your spreadsheet structured doesn't lend itself well to an automated process. For example, Column A has the month, column header (e.g., "Company"), company names, and row titles ("Calls", "Contact", "Leads", "Wins") all in the same column. How is Excel supposed to know where the company names start and stop? It's possible someone might be able to write a complex formula to create the list, but it will not be pretty. Is it possible to make Column A just the month (Jan, Feb, etc), and then Column B is just company names with one header in row 1, and then move the monthly summary stats to columns D,E,F,G, and H alongside the month rows they correspond to? This would greatly simplify the programming. I have attached a copy of your spreadsheet with the revised layout.
