Hi Team,
I have a table containing Fee column where some dates are not entered and some and a section column containing different classes Eg Infant,Todd-Jr etc
I want to count the total infants Till 30jun-16 and it shoul count the null cells also.
Pls guide me.

Read up in the Excel F1 help files on the function COUNTIFS(). Note, this is not COUNTIF(), it is COUNTIFS().

Above mentioned formula is not working correctly dont know what went wrong.
I need to count as per section based on fee end date criteria ie 30-Jun-16. and it should count the blank cells also in fee end date section so that i will get the correct count.
