How to set up formula on stock order by respective the stock cover day

Dear All member,

I try to set up rolling shipment plan by from ending - forecast + coming shipment but I was stuck when the draft planning order must be respective by the stock holding day.

Kindly help to check excel attached file while i done only some part of it. tks
