    Multi Conditional MODE formula????

    Hi,

does anyone know how to modify the following formula to add an additional condition?
    =MODE(IF($H:$H=R2,N:N))

    A little backround:

I am doing payer analysis for healthcare revenue cycle analytics. So i have like 8000 lines of payment detail for difference Insurance "payers" and CPT codes. I need to calculate the MODE of the payment column... for each CPT CODE and for each payer, I have attached an example of what my table will look like.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

I can only see a couple of tables in your attachment? No data, and certainly not 8000 rows' worth!

By the way, unless you have data extending all the way down to row 1048576, it's a terrible idea to use entire column references (H:H, N:N, etc.) within an array formula (which is what the formula you posted would have to be).

I cannot attach the data for privacy reasons. The table is just to show you what I am trying to create.

    Re: Multi Conditional MODE formula????

I appreciate that, but I don't understand where the data is supposed to come from, so I'm at a loss as to how to provide you with a solution.

Can you not re-post with some mocked-up, dummy data, together with your expected results?

    Regards
