Having Trouble with my formula to untie top 3's

i have this formula to try to untie my top 3 but in the cell it gives me the num error but when I click on the insert function button it gives me the exact result that I wanted
I've tried many things by I couldn't find why it isn't working

That is an array formula, so you need to commit it using the key combination of Ctrl-Shift-Enter (CSE), rather than the usual < Enter >. If you do this correctly then you will see curly braces { } around the formula when viewed in the formula bar, but you should not type these yourself. If you need to amend the formula then you have to use CSE again to commit it. So, click in the cell with the formula, press the F2 key as if to edit it, then do CSE.
