Help with Condition Formatting

I have had help with conditional formatting through this forum before so I'm back for more!!! I DID research this before posting but can't figure out what I think should be a simple formula. I want to format a cell with red fill if that cell is still empty (no data) and today is less than 30 days from the date listed in Cell B2. That's it. Any suggestions?
