Formula to search, and insert

Hi all,

I'm currently in the process of designing a dashboard and I have come across a problem regarding formula that I am struggling with.

In a worksheet called Internal I have an audit schedule.
Row one contains the months, while Column A contains the topics.
Each topic will reference to a month.

What I cannot do at the moment.....
Using another worksheet called Data to calculate my data for the Dashboard.
I have the same topics in column A.
I want to condense the previous Internal worksheet to here.

Using a formula, I want to be able enter info into Data!B2.

If Data!A2 = Internal!A2, and Internal!B2:M2 contain any text, then, If the text is in Internal!D2 enter the month contained in Internal!D1, If the text is in Internal!E2 enter the month contained in Internal!E1 etc.

VBA might be the best solution, am no expert and have little time to attempt this so over to the VBA experts...
