    Conditional formatting based on multiple criterias

    I would very much like to use conditiondal formatting to check for duplicates in my sheet based on several criterias.

    What I would like is when cell G1 contains "Yes", check for duplicates based on the following criterias;
    Column F (date) and coumn I (time) and column J (name) OR column K (room) contains the same information in another row in the sheet (not necesarily next to each other) then highlight the rows.

    I've tried several different if/and/or formulas but I could'nt make this work :/ (see attached workbook for example)

    Help is muh appriciated!

    Maybe insert few helper columns then get the count to check for duplicates.

    Re: Conditional formatting based on multiple criterias

    Seems to work perfectly well after just a minor change! I had to change your =_xlfn.CONCAT() formula to =CONCATENATE() to be able to add more rows of information and just drag the formula down. Any idea why the formula set up is different?

    It also works perfectly well when I hide the helper columns so this should definetly do the job! Thanks for the help, much appriciated!
