    IF Formula

How do I write this formula:

Logical Test: IF, D2 = "Contract Signed" OR "Contract Out" OR "Offer"

    True: Index(Data[Net%],Match(D1,Data[Unit],0)

False: "-" (or just have the cell be blank)

    Re: IF Formula

there could be an extra space in one or more of your variables? Like "contract signed "
what message if any do you get when using one of their formulas?

test it using a length formula like =len(d2) if contract signed is longer than 15 or contract out is different than 12 or offer is not 5 then using the quotes around those in the formula making them exact will not work, instead you would have to see what is in the cell and adjust the formula appropriately.

    Re: IF Formula

Or post a sample workbook so we can see the data in context.
