    copie formula with slight change

heey people, probably a stupid question...

i got this simple formula: =B1&"M11"
in the next row i want: =B1&"M12"
etc, but when i grab the corner and drag it changes the B1 to B2.... etc
also, i noticed if i got M11 till M14 and drag it it will constantly go M11...M12...M13...M14...M11
is there a way to change this?

    thanks in advance :)

thank you for your response, your formula does help me a bit, now it keeps B1 wel... B1
the "M12" etc is not a cell btw, its just text. sadly excel doesnt understand i want to count up, but atleast i dont have to change AND B# and M#
thank you very much, if you happen to know how to tell excel i want to count up with the "M#" please do

    Try this ...
