    Vlook up/bump up

    Hello!

    My boss wants me to BUMP UP these 2 spreadsheets and I have no idea what she means. Please help!!! And now, I apparently need help attaching the files.

    The paperclip function isn't working for me.

    I have 2 spreadsheet with names that I need to "compare". they are both in the same format and in the same columns on each spreadsheet. I am using 2010. Below is a sample of what they look like.
