Field calculates 1 year from date and says YES or NOT in color

Hi,

I need to create a formula that will check date on a field let's say E2 which is a date, it will calculate if that date is within 365 days and then change color into either green or red with either YES or NO. Checking field would be for instance E3.

Any help would be appreciated as I tried for a while now and I am out of ideas, would have to do all that manually by looking at dates.

use the formula

then add conditional formatting
create new rule
format only cells that contain
change to specific text
containing
YES
Change format to green fill.

hit ok.

repeat but for NO with Red fill
