Autofill columns with IF-formula

Hi,

I need some help with a formula. I will attach a image to better explain wath I will accomplish.

I got a replay earlier with this formula: =IF(D12<>"",D12,D11)

This worked, but when it was two or more empty rows, it did not work.

I wan't it to fill in from the row above that has some text in it.
