Fomula Help based on Age

See Attached.

I need to calculate the benefits a person will receive depending on their position & age.

The formula is calculating correctly all all aspects except age.

This is what I need added to the formula...

The benefit amount needs to decrease by 35% if the person at age 65....

The befits will decrease an extra 15% if the person is age 70
