    I need a formula for 2 if conditions

    If cell b2 = 1, then -1
    If cell b2 = 0, then -2

    =IF(B2=1,-1,IF(AND(ISNUMBER(B2),B2=0),-2,""))

    Assuming 1 and 0 are the only choices...

    =IF(B2=1,-1,-2)
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
