Help with ranking using win/loss record and points as tie breaker

I need help with ranking my sheet. I am trying to rank my players by win/loss record first then by points as a tie breaker. I would like to have it ranked 1, 2, 3, etc. I have =SUMPRODUCT((D5-E5<D$6:D$14-E$6:E$14)+0)+1 used to rank the win loss but cant figure out how to add in the tie breaker criteria from column B. Any help would be appreciated.

=SUMPRODUCT(($D$5:$D$14-$E$5:$E$14+$B$5:$B$14/(10^10)>D5-E5+B5/(10^10))+0)+1
