Multiple Conditions

I need to create a formula that accepts multiple conditions. The result should be shown in the cell which contains the formula (D4)

1) If the date of payment is more than 52 weeks previously the value shows (no of weeks calculated by D5)

2) If the funds are administered by a court the value does not show in (D4)

3) If the funds are held in trust the value does not show in (D4)

I have created the formula =IF(OR(C13>52,B14="Y"),B12,"£0.00") and this works fine for condition (1) but not for condition (2). I have not yet moved on to condition (3).

I found that reversing the logic seems to work
